In the meantime.

Wow, it's been a while since I updated this journal!
Well, since the last time quite a few things have been going on. I'm currently in my final year of studies, in the very last weeks actually, which is kind of sad since that means I will have to leave the UK for some time.
Anywho, since December 2010 I'm part of a collective that does visuals (as in Vjing) for events and so far we have performed at two! You can check us out here.

Besides that I've been designing and Illustrating here and there, which feels good.

I'm lazy. That's what i've learned about myself over the years. I couldn't be bothered to do anything, didn't care about anything. Just a pathetic state of nothingness!

Kidnapped Laptop

I woke up in the morning and i couldn't help noticing that it was so sunny (We don't get that a lot here)! I opened the blinds so that all that light could light up my room. Isn't that what most people would do? I turn my laptop on, put on some music and got ready to go to uni. 2:30 was the time when i left. After a great Audition lesson, i went to buy some film. Only 3 hours had passed when i got home. I put the key in the lock to open my room door, but i didn't really have to. With a very little force the door opened without me unlocking it. To my surprise my lovely laptop, my laptop case and its charger where gone. (Of course, what do you expect when you find your lock broken?). So i called the police, that did everything they could. My precious laptop is still gone. I'm spending my days sleeping, reading Tesco and Argos shopping catalogues and watching tv (without any on these conflicting with the university program of course, i'm a good boy 
).
So here i am now, no laptop, no 24/7 online communication with the outside world (this sounds so sadly funny!).
But now i know. Never open your blinds so everyone can see your laptop, never expect the inside doors to protect anything, never leave you mp3 player next to your laptop because it will get stolen as well, but don't worry about the mouse, they won't take it!

A More Interesting Side of Life

Summer finished in a glimpse of an eye. It wasn't as fun as i thought it would be, but i guess that's because of my expectations being to high. I'm quite happy for the time i had thought. Now that i left again i can appreciate all the good times i had with all my friends, which i hadn't seen for some time. But does that always have to happen? Do i have to lack something in order to appreciate it's value? I guess that's how human nature works...
Next stop, England! After the four full months of summer holidays i was more than ready to return back to the UK. And with the UK came everything along. Thinking, regreting, appreciating, missing, it's all a part of leaving your country... A good things comes out of it though, experiences that my country could never offer. I've never met some many people from so many different places. I've never enjoyed having lessons so much! I feel like it's the first time i'm here. but it's not. On the bright side it's my second chance for a fresh start.
The show must go on, right?
